Indulge in Orange Ricotta Pancake Bliss! Topped with a delightful orange butter

stack of orange pancakes

When you’re making these your kitchen will smell so good!

These are one of my favorite quick pancakes to make!

Orange Ricotta Pancakes are light, fluffy, and bursting with citrusy goodness.

Ricotta pancakes became popular in mid-century American home kitchens, where citrus flavors like orange were often added for a bright breakfast treat.

The ricotta adds a rich, creamy texture that keeps them moist, while fresh orange zest infuses every bite with bright, refreshing flavor.

Today’s Helpful Housewife Hint Of The Day:

Keep Warm: If you're making a large batch, keep the cooked pancakes warm in a preheated oven (about 200°F or 93°C) on a baking sheet until you're ready to serve.
