💾 Instant Download Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on instant downloads unless there is a verified issue with the file.

If you experience a problem such as file corruption, download errors, or inability to access the content please contact us within 3 days of purchase. Include a brief description of the issue along with any relevant screenshots or error messages.

We will promptly work to resolve the issue by:

• Providing a corrected or alternative file, or

• Issuing a full refund if the problem cannot be resolved.

🚚 Physical Products Return Policy

We accept returns on physical products if there is a defect or issue with the item. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.

3. Return the item in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will promptly process your return. You will receive either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs no questions asked.

All elements used comply with Canva’s commercial use license, meaning they are approved for use in items for sale as long as they are part of a unique, finished design (which includes original layout, text, branding, and styling).

No Canva elements are sold individually or as standalone assets. All designs are created with care and customized to reflect the Vintage by the Bite aesthetic.
