Last Minute Easy Peezy Yogurt Dipped Graham Cracker Recipe
𝚒𝚗𝚐𝚛𝚎𝚍𝚒𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚜
1 32 oz. strawberry yogurt
fresh strawberries, optional
𝚍𝚒𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜
Use a large cookie sheet and cover with wax paper.
Break graham crackers into four pieces.
Dip each graham cracker piece half way up the cracker into yogurt.
Then arrange graham crackers on the wax paper.
Sprinkle and top each cracker with rainbow sprinkles.
Set in freezer for 2 hours.
Remove from freezer and carefully peel away waxed paper.
Serve immediately with fresh strawberries 🍓

Lemon Bundt Cake Recipe

Cake
Instant Lemon Pudding Mix - 1 box
2/3 Cup Water
1/4 Sour cream
4 Eggs
Sprinkles -optional
𝚍𝚒𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜
Grease a bundt pan with PAM and lightly coat with flour.
Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, water, vegetable oil, sour cream, and eggs in the bowl of a stand mixer. Start on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase the speed and mix for 2 more minutes.
Pour the batter into your already greased bundt pan and follow the baking instructions on the cake box..
Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes, then loosen with a knife or fork and turn over onto a cooling rack.
Note: Place the cooling rack with the cake on it inside of a cookie sheet to catch any glaze or sprinkles that may fall off while decorating.
Glaze with either lemon or vanilla glaze
lemon Glaze
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons butter - melted
2-3 Tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
directions
In a small pot on low heat, melt butter turn off heat then add fresh lemon juice and slowly add in powdered sugar.
(sift powdered sugar to avoid lumps in glaze)
Vanilla Glaze
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon butter - melted
1 1/2 Tablespoon milk
Directions:
In a small pot on low heat, melt butter turn off heat.
Blend all ingredients together thoroughly and drizzle over bunt cake.
Top cake with rainbow sprinkles, a dusting of powdered sugar and lemon wedges then transfer from cooling rack to a serving dish.
Refrigerate if Necessary: If the glaze contains perishable ingredients like dairy or if the environment is warm, it's advisable to refrigerate the cake.
Place it in an airtight container or cover it with plastic wrap before refrigerating. However, note that refrigeration can sometimes alter the texture of cakes, so it's best to bring the cake back to room temperature before serving.

Easy St Patrick’s Day White Chocolate Jell-O Dessert Parfait

sugar free white chocolate pudding - 1 oz box
2 cups milk
1 cup crushed grahm cracker
1 tablespoon butter - melted

Follow instructions on pudding box.
then mix in green food coloring to pudding and mix well.
Split crushed graham cracker in half and add from each half to the bottom of two one-cup containers.
Filling each container about a quarter inch up.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of melted butter to the bottom of each cup and press it down to create a crust.
Layer pudding, followed by grahm cracker, then more pudding, and top with a Tablespoon of mini chocolate chips on each dessert.
