🌟 Winter Vintage Dessert Photo Contest — Official Rules
Sponsored by Vintage by the Bite
Contest Dates: December 5, 2025 – January 10, 2026
Winner Announced: January 12, 2026
These Official Rules govern participation in the Winter Vintage Dessert Photo Contest hosted by Vintage by the Bite (“Sponsor”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
1. Eligibility
This contest is open only to individuals who:
Are 18 years of age or older
Are legal residents of the United States
Have a valid U.S. mailing address and are able to sign for a package delivered by the United States Postal Service
Submit original work they personally created
Have a valid email address
Void where prohibited.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Sign up for the Vintage by the Bite email list.
Submit one (1) photo of a winter-themed dessert styled in a vintage or vintage-inspired way.
Entry is completed only by email.
Each unique email address = one (1) entry.
You may send your photo in one of two ways:
A. Email Submission (Preferred Method)
Email your photo directly from the same email address you used to sign up for the mailing list.
B. Instagram Tag Submission
Tag @VintageByTheBite on Instagram AND send a Direct Message containing your email address.
Your entry is not valid until your email is verified threw the Vintage by the bite email submission.
Notes on Entries
Entries are counted only by email, not by number of Instagram tags, comments, or messages.
If an individual attempts to enter using mass emails, automated systems, or fraudulent methods, the contest will be shut down and all entries voided at Sponsor’s discretion.
Photos must be original work created by the entrant. Do not submit images created by others, AI-generated images, or photos taken from the internet.
3. Number of Entries
Each email address counts as one (1) entry.
Multiple entries from the same person, household, or email may be disqualified.
4. Judging & Winner Selection
Standard Judging
If four (4) or more entries are received, the winner will be selected solely by the Sponsor (Vintage by the Bite) and possibly a guest judge based on the following criteria:
Creativity
Vintage styling
Overall aesthetic and presentation
Low-Entry Judging
If three (3) or fewer entries are received, the entries may be posted on Instagram for a public vote, and the entry with the highest number of votes will be the winner.
The winner will be notified via email or Instagram DM on January 12, 2026.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be selected.
5. Prizes
One (1) winner will receive:
$25 Macy’s gift card
One (1) Vintage by the Bite shop print
One (1) box of Pumpkin Spice Jell-O pudding (3.4 oz)
Approximate total retail value: $40.
Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Rights & Usage
By entering the contest, participants grant Vintage by the Bite permission to:
Share their submitted photo
Credit them by name or Instagram handle
Display the photo on the website, email newsletter, and social media
Participants retain full copyright to their work.
7. Privacy
Emails collected are used solely for:
Entry verification
Contest updates
Vintage by the Bite newsletters
Email addresses will never be sold or shared with third parties.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
Cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time
Disqualify any entrant who violates the rules or engages in fraudulent conduct
Reject entries that contain inappropriate, harmful, or copyrighted content
Sponsor is not responsible for:
Lost, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable emails
Technical failures of any kind
Errors in printing, administration, or contest operation
9. Not Affiliated
This contest is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, Macy’s, Jell-O, or the U.S. Postal Service.
10. Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants acknowledge they have read and agree to these Official Rules.
